Can I return or exchange an item?

If you have purchased BabyBjörn, Inc. products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retailer.


Orders placed on BABYBJÖRN.com are valid for return fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. You have the right to return all or some of the items in your order if you are not satisfied. Keep in mind that the item or order, including its original packaging, should be sent back to us in sellable condition.


How to return an item:
1. Contact care@babybjorn.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Please fill in the returns form. If you have lost the returns form, you can download a new form. Send it together with the item in its original packaging inside a sturdy box.
3. Address the parcel to:

Make sure our address is clearly visible on the parcel.
4. Returns must be returned prepaid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx.
5. Once the original item(s) are received at BabyBjörn, Inc., a refund will be processed in the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 days after the receipt of return. In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.


**Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if you have contacted care@babybjorn.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any package returned without a valid return authorization will be refused.
