I received a damaged item. What do I do?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department via email as soon as possible. Please include your order confirmation number, contact information, and photos of the product issue to care@babybjorn.com so we can best assist.


Do not dispose of the item or packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged products.
