Can I exchange a gift I received?

If you have received BabyBjörn, Inc. products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return and exchange policy. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retailer.


Keep in mind that the item or order, including its original packaging, should be sent back to us in sellable condition.


How to exchange an item:

1. Contact care@babybjorn.com with the order confirmation information to confirm if you'd prefer a store credit or replacement item.

2. Follow the Representative's instructions for returning the item. Make sure your address is clearly visible on the parcel.

3. Exchanges must be returned prepaid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx.

4. Once the original item(s) are received at BabyBjörn, Inc., our support team will confirm it's been received and issue a coupon credit or place the order for a replacement item.




**Exchanges will only be accepted if you have contacted care@babybjorn.com. Any package returned without a valid support approval will be refused.
