LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
BABYBJORN INC. (“WE” or “US”) EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY TO THE CONSUMER WHO ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT (“YOU”).
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Legal rights may also vary from province to province.
This limited warranty starts on the date you purchase the product and lasts as long as you own the product and requires a proof of purchase to be effective. It covers defects in original materials, design, and workmanship. Your sole remedies for any product found to be defectives consist of the the repair and/or replacement of the product. This limited warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, modification, unauthorized repair, accident, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If we determine that the product is defective, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product at our expense.
