You can use Baby Carrier Harmony for a newborn (as long as your baby weighs at least 7 lbs/3.2 kg) and up to the age of about 3 (or max. 40 lbs/18 kg). You don’t need an infant insert for the early days, and as your baby grows, you can easily adjust the settings to you and your baby.
