Does the Cradle come with a mattress?

Yes, the BABYBJÖRN Cradle includes the mattress and mattress cover. It complies with existing mattress standards and has been developed in consultation with pediatricians. A thin mattress is safer than a thicker one.

Please note: Only use the BABYBJÖRN mattress that comes with this product. It has been tested with the cradle itself to the highest standards of safety.

We also developed an organic cotton sheet that is tailored to fit the mattress, which can be bought as an accessory.
